How to Reserve

To View the Cattery: 

Call, Text or Email to schedule an in-person or virtual Cattery Viewing appointment.

To Book:

1. Complete the About My Cat form for each cat.

​We will contact you to provide the total cost and other details about your submission.

2. Email your cat's Sterilization and Vaccine Records.

3. If booking during a Peak Season, etranfer a $50 or 10% deposit - whichever is greater.

4. We will confirm your booking via email.

Payment & Cancellation:

50% payment due at Check In (which may include a Peak Season deposit paid at booking)​  50% due payment at Check Out​. Peak Season deposit is returned in full with 30 days notice of cancellation.

Pre-Scheduled Appointments Only and

Late Check-Outs:

All appointments are to be pre-scheduled via text or email. Cats are to be checked out before 3:00pm. A later check-out is possible but must be communicated and managed well. Check-outs after 8:00pm are charged an additional night.

* Shuttle Service cat pick up and drop off is available within Airdrie, Cochrane and NW Calgary - $30 each direction. Please confirm service at time of booking.
